Sullivan’s Shield is a proactive electrical safety and maintenance membership designed to help Western Kentucky homeowners understand the condition of their electrical system, identify potential concerns early, and receive valuable member benefits throughout the year.
How often is the inspection done?
Sullivan’s Shield members receive one Home Electrical Safety Inspection each year to proactively identify hidden issues before they result in sudden service failures.
Property Coverage and Moves
Sullivan’s Shield covers one residence at a time. If you move within our service area, you may transfer the remaining term to your new primary residence or leave it with the home’s new owner. Benefits cannot be split between two residences, and previously used benefits do not reset when the membership transfers. For monthly memberships, the original member remains responsible for the membership payments for the remainder of the 12-month term unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Sullivan’s Electric LLC.
